CRYSTAL D. MARTIN
CEO & Founder
Crystal Martin is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in Leadership and Professional Development. She brings a rich educational background and a deep passion for growth and transformation. Crystal holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master’s in Leadership from Liberty University, and a Business Coaching Certification (ICF) from NC State University. She also holds certifications in Change Management, Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behaviors®, and is a proud 2024 graduate of Leadership Greensboro, where she served as the 2025 Program Chair.
With 18 years of experience at Lincoln Financial Group, Crystal served as a Coach, Facilitator, and Senior Training Consultant—helping teams identify learning and performance gaps, design effective training programs, and improve results. She is recognized for her ability to engage diverse audiences across generations, create impactful curriculum, and deliver training solutions that drive measurable growth.
Crystal is also a highly respected community leader. She currently serves as the Southern Region President for NABA (formerly the National Association of Black Accountants), overseeing 8 states, 14 professional chapters, and 55+ student chapters with a combined membership of over 6,400. Under her leadership, she has raised more than $150,000 in support of student and professional initiatives for the organization. Her work has earned multiple honors, including NABA Southern Region Chapter President of the Year (2016) and National Outstanding Member (2022). Crystal is also the Founding President of the NABA Greensboro Chapter, further demonstrating her commitment to professional and community leadership.
As CEO and Founder of One Eighty Consulting, LLC, Crystal empowers individuals and organizations to believe in themselves, pivot with purpose, and evolve into their full potential. She firmly believes that true success begins with self-belief, a philosophy that underpins her approach to leadership and development.
TANYA MONROE
Chief Operating Officer
Tanya is a results-driven financial professional with an MBA from High Point University. Currently a Marketing Programs Payment Specialist, she has nearly a decade of experience with a major agricultural company, progressing through roles including Controller - Partner Rewards and Financial Operations Analyst.
Her expertise includes process improvement, vendor management, payment consultancy, and implementing innovative financial solutions. Tanya is skilled in SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and Salesforce.com, and is certified as a North Carolina Notary Public.
Tanya serves as the Southern Region Board 1st Vice President for the NABA Inc., (formerly the National Association of Black Accountants) Her blend of financial acumen, technological proficiency, and leadership skills makes her a valuable asset in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency.
